She completely freaked out when she saw the box that contains our big, dancing Santa, and she wouldn't go near the Santa house at the tree farm. She even got a little clingy at Ryan's band concert because there was a man sitting close to us with a white beard who was wearing a red shirt and a Santa hat.
Ironically, her very favorite song to sing is "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town!"

I really think it is cruel punishment to make kids sit on Santa's lap. I mean what kid REALLY wants to sit on some strange man's lap? ;-)
I think all my kids went through that stage. Of course we tell them not to talk to strangers and then plop them on the lap of some strange dude! LOL
